Before joining KUSCH, Mitch honed his skills in IT, engineering, and quality management, working within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Mitch’s role as a BIM Technician is the modern incarnation of drafting. He specialises in creating Revit families for engineering solutions like seismic bracing and framing. His expertise lies in making these models parametric, efficient, and user-friendly. Mitch takes pride in his distinctive role at KUSCH, where he supervises a small team and continually innovates in his field.
