KUSCH Team Members onsite looking at a tablet

KUSCH is a structural and mechanical engineering consultancy working on some of the most technically demanding projects in the country.

We were founded in 2013 and have grown into a team of more than 30 structural and mechanical engineers, supported by an in-house drafting team, with offices in five states. We work across seismic design, structural engineering, prefabrication and mechanical design, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 projects where the engineering has to be right.

The work is genuine and the standards are high. We have built the business on referrals and repeat clients, which means the quality of what we produce matters to everyone here.

NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME

The Work

Our engineers work across a broad range of project types, from the seismic design of building services to prefabricated systems, pipe stress analysis and the structural design of concrete, steel, timber and masonry. We were among the first in Australia to take on the seismic performance of non-structural elements as a design discipline, and our registered team has since accumulated more than 20,000 design hours in the field.

No two days look the same, and there is real depth to the technical problems we take on. For engineers who want to keep learning and keep getting better, the variety is part of the appeal.

We support your passions

Our engineers bring more than their qualifications to work. Many of them have serious pursuits outside the office, and we think that range makes them sharper at what they do here. Double Life is where we share some of those stories.
