Scope:
- Seismic design of electrical, fire protection, hydraulic & medical gas services
- Provided seismic training to installers
Design Highlights:
- Regular communication between KUSCH & seismic installers allowed site-based issues to be workshopped and resolved rapidly via video call. This avoided project delays due to RFIs and resulted in an efficient and compliant seismic installation
- In-situ dynamic testing was used to assess the seismic performance of installed services in congested spaces, and reduce additional bracing where possible.
