Design Achievements:
- The building foundations were an integral part of the prefabricated system, enabling the completion of services connections, landscaping and external pavements to as soon as the unit was lifted into position.
- Off-site construction enabled site work in rural locations to be minimised, significantly reducing unproductive travel time for multiple trades.
