He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Architectural) and brings practical experience from both engineering and earlier construction labouring roles.

Mitch’s expertise includes the design of cantilever soldier pile basements, reinforced concrete structures, and structural steelwork. In his role at KUSCH, he works closely with architectural teams to translate design intent into practical, buildable structural solutions. His work supports the successful delivery of projects across Melbourne and throughout Victoria.
